THE WORK BODY ASSESSMENT
Everything starts here.
A confidential assessment across your team, and a report that tells you what you can't see from the outside. Before we talk to you about solutions, we find out what's actually happening.
What your team won't tell you, we uncover.
These six areas assess the way work impacts the body. How the day is built decides how long people sit. Sitting and pressure shape energy. Energy depends on recovery, and recovery depends on whether someone is able to properly switch off. The body keeps a record of all of it. Looking at the six together shows where that chain is breaking for your team.
HOW IT WORKS
-
A confidential survey, sent to everyone you want included. Around five minutes each. Individual responses are never shared with you, your managers or anyone else.
-
Not an automated summary. We look at what's consistent across the team, what's specific to individuals, and where answers contradict each other, because that's usually where the real finding is.
-
You'll receive a full written report, followed by a one-to-one debrief where we take you through the findings and discuss the priorities for your team.
WHY YOUR TEAM WILL BE HONEST WITH US
People are more open with an independent party than with their own employer. Your team can share what they wouldn't put in an internal survey or raise with you directly, because every response is confidential and nothing is ever attributed to an individual. That is what makes the findings reliable.
What you'll know afterwards.
A full written report across all six areas, built entirely from your team's responses.
The patterns that appear across the team, alongside the individual findings that deserve attention.
A clear view of what people have come to accept as normal, which is often where the most important insight sits.
A one-to-one debrief to take you through the report and agree the priorities for your team.
The cost is already building. Find out where.
Tell us a little about your team. We'll come back to you within 48 hours to arrange a 30-minute conversation, and if the assessment isn't the right place to start, we'll tell you.
