Terms and Conditions

1. Program overview

The Body at Work is an eight-week live educational program delivered by The Work Body Lab.

The program includes:

  • Eight live online sessions, each lasting 45 minutes.

  • Delivery via Google Meet.

  • A Personal Work Profile and personalised review of individual working patterns.

  • Guided practical instruction, exercises and between-session application.

  • Development of an individual working strategy.

  • A certificate of completion, subject to the attendance and completion requirements.

2. Program fee and payment

The program fee is £795 per participant.

Full payment is required at the time of booking through the designated Stripe payment page. A place on the program is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

3. Scheduling and rescheduling

The program runs over eight weeks. Session dates and times are arranged with participants to accommodate their availability.

Participants may request to reschedule a session by providing at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be agreed with The Work Body Lab.

Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, may result in the session being forfeited.

If The Work Body Lab needs to reschedule a session, participants will be offered an alternative date and time.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Payments are non-refundable once the program has commenced, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer law.

If a participant wishes to withdraw before the program begins, they should contact The Work Body Lab directly.

Nothing in these terms affects any statutory cancellation or refund rights that may apply.

5. Attendance and completion

Participants are expected to attend the live sessions and engage with the practical work between sessions.

A certificate of completion is issued to participants who:

  • Attend at least seven of the eight live sessions.

  • Complete their individual working strategy.

The certificate confirms completion of the program and six hours of live tuition. It does not represent an externally accredited qualification.

6. Personal Work Profile and confidentiality

Personal Work Profile responses and personalised reviews are treated as confidential by The Work Body Lab and are not shared with an employer.

Participants may choose to share their final working strategy.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with The Work Body Lab's Privacy Policy.
